Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Providing the L1 support to all the users, raising complaints on the IT helpdesk.
+ Act as link between the End user and the Development team.
+ Troubleshoot & resolve the fronent level issues.
+ Maintain the log of all the complaints.
+ Raising the code level bugs to the development team.
+ Understanding the user requirement and taking it further for discussion.
+ Testing of all the bugs, resolved by the developers.
+ Testing of all the new development work.
+ Testing the newly released versions in UAT, before making them LIVE.
