Skill set / Responsibilities

Essential:

Essential Personal Skills

• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with other team members (Onshore and Offshore).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work within agreed timescale & with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle pressure when required.
• Is a good team player who can work well in a collaborative environment.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize data entry / component management.
• Takes a structured and effective approach to own work.
• Excellent Coordination skills
• Knowledge of SDLC
• An ability to articulate solutions at all levels and to communicate information, depending upon the audience.

Desirable:

• Prior Knowledge/experience in Healthcare Domain, MS Office, Basic SQL would be helpful.
• Experience of working in a software company
• Experience of working with Business Analyst to understand the requirements.

Overall Project/Task description

• Provide application Support for day-to-day transactions.
• Work closely with the TL to establish and adhere to agreed standards and processes.
• Manage Component Requests for the application:

• Review each request made, ensuring no instruments / consumables are on the list.
• Send requests off to each manufacturer.
• Ensure upload template is completed correctly as per the component architecture.
• Upload completed industry templates to application Database.
• Mark requests as complete via the App for end user acknowledgement.
• Support hospitals with Component Validation errors on data entry system as per product documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for the application users.
• Brand Management:

• Ensure products are branded correctly as per information in upload templates.
• Provide feedback to suppliers about implant classification, including branding so that they can correct if required.
• Maintain Industry Contacts Sheet - a contact for each implant manufacturer selling in India.
• Provide reports as and when required.

Qualifications

Any graduate with minimum 65% or above throughout the academics i.e. SS. HSC & Graduation
