Your Main Tasks • Support in keeping the RFP content management system updated: ensure that relevant content is stored systematically, updated regularly and used to answer queries in an efficient way. Help answering all product related queries, such as RFPs, DDQs, questionnaires, surveys.
• Update data for internal and external Sales presentations and designing new slide layouts in PowerPoint to enhance visual communication.
• Support data maintenance, ensure that data is kept updated.
• Working as part of a global team, ability/experience to communicate well in English and with (senior) stakeholders in different locations.
Your Experience and Skills • Relevant commercial training in a financial institution or financial studies at a recognized institution.
• 1-4 years of work experience in an MNC / in the financial industry.
• Proficient user of the MS office suite, particularly strong PowerPoint skills with proven relevant experience.
• Ability to handle and prioritize requests from different sources.
• Grasp essential points and connections quickly; pro-active, service-oriented personality with attention to detail.
• Proficient written and verbal English skills; knowledge of some German would be welcome.
• Interest in impact investing and contributing to a change.
