Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:


• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services and company policies.

Problem Resolution:


• Address and resolve client complaints and issues effectively.
• Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team or manager, ensuring follow-up - Daily and weekly.

Process Management:


• Maintain detailed records of client communication, feedback and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards during interactions.

Database Design and Maintenance:


• Design, develop, and implement database systems to meet business requirements from BD
• Maintain database from events, inbound leads (registration), reference leads to separate - the high relevance, and actionable decision making

Documentation and Reporting:


• Maintain detailed documentation of database in line with business requirements.
• Generate reports for stakeholder's basis database performance and report actionable insights - Status of the Accounts.

Collaboration:


• Work closely with internal teams like sales, operations, and technical support to resolve client query.
• Provide feedback from client to help improve products or services.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and excel applications.

Qualifications and Experience:


• Education: MBA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
