Job Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable USA Taxation Document Calling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to clients, businesses, and relevant parties to gather, clarify, and verify essential documentation related to U.S. taxation. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate tax document collection and communication between clients and our tax department.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of U.S. tax forms (e.g., W-2, 1099, 1040), tax deadlines, and document requirements.
• Freshers and Experienced both can apply for this job.

Skills :

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effective client interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using office software, CRM systems, and document management platforms.
