Job Description


We are looking for an energetic candidate who can coordinate with our US Office/Clients and manage the Back-end office work. 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Domestic/International Call center or any industry with good knowledge of computer, communication and mailing. Freshers with good communication skills in English can also apply. Work from Home Internet and Laptop facility provided by Company.

  • Coordinate with our US office for assigned work.
  • Respond to online reviews and coordinate with Franchise for the complaints.
  • Interact with the Guest and try to resolve the problems.
  • Monitoring the workflow of all employees.
  • Hands-on experience in HR and other statutory compliance.
  • Good in Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
  • Should have customer management skill and Soft spoken.
  • Skills to manage the work with flexibility.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 912,000.00 - 916,000.00 per month Benefits:
