Admin Support staff is responsible for admin and security task and facilitating meeting & regular reports to concerned team. Assist in the efficient and effective prevention, response, and management of security, town admin and fire related incidents. Ensure safety and protection of people, property, and the environment from all risks including fire. Provide support in maintaining order and facilitate smooth operations while the Fire in Charge is focusing on managing the incident.
Assist in preparing and managing the office administration budget.
Ensure availability of BA Sets.
Protecting fire prone areas by providing suitable fire equipment.
Ensure roadworthiness, serviceability of fire tenders at all times.
Minimize fire calls from plant, powerhouse buildings and RPD colony premises by taking preventive measures.
