Position Description :

Looking for a self-motivated supply chain professional who wants to contribute to our supply chain services (see description below) to solve operational problems with clean data maintenance and reporting.

Designation: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Noida

Primary Responsibilities :

- Coordinating with Customers, Suppliers and Service Providers and resolving operational disputes/problems on time

- Maintaining and manage inventory across multiple warehouses

- Ensuring smooth running of our fleet operations through setting processes, finding and solving gaps by deep diving on the problem, owning timely and error-free deliveries

- Designing operational SOPs, training the team on the SOPs, monitoring to ensure all the processes are followed in our last mile team

- Managing and optimizing infrastructure cost

- Presenting various reports related to operational KPIs to the leadership team

- Monitoring data dashboards of different team members and convert those to monthly/weekly performance reports

Required Skills :

- Prior experience (4-8 years) in FMCG/food service industry

- High level of ownership, decision making and willingness to solve day to day system problems

- Proficient with Office tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs

- Prior start-up experience would be considered as an added advantage.

- Should be able to define priorities and manage timelines efficiently.
