Your contributions will deepen the understanding of our DSPxe2x80x99s supply footprint and uncover actionable insights that drive improvements in supply quality, ultimately elevating advertising outcomes for our clients.In this role, you should not only have strong analytical skills, but also excellent communication capabilities and a solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate must be able to balance day-to-day responsibilities and long-term strategic projects within a fast-paced environment. They should be a self-starter and comfortable recommending solutions in an ambiguous environment with guidance.Specifically, here are some things wexe2x80x99ll want you to get done:Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of PulsePoint DSPxe2x80x99s programmatic ad ecosystem, including supply partners and publisher relationships, as a foundation from which you will operate.On a daily basis, leverage different supply quality-related data sets and vendors to monitor for and action against fraudulent, made-for-advertising (MFA), or low-quality supply at the DSP platform level. Other important KPIs to monitor include brand safety, transparency, viewability etc.Leverage similar resources to monitor for and action against fraudulent, made-for-advertising (MFA), or low-quality supply at the advertising campaign level.Share learnings and collaborate with client-facing (Campaign Management, Account Management, Platform Solutions) and partner-facing (SSP and Publisher Management) teams to ensure that fraudulent, made-for-advertising (MFA), or low-quality supply is being addressed at the upstream source.Responsible for ad-hoc Platform Solution team and client requests.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices regarding programmatic advertising, fraud prevention, and supply quality.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of the sell-side ecosystemStrong experience with Excel and BI tools (Tableau/Looker)Proven experience working with industry verification vendors (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT)Hands-on knowledge of DSPs / with exposure to SSPs such as Magnite, Index Exchange, or A9Strong understanding of supply quality metrics (viewability, brand safety, invalid traffic, etc.) and how they impact campaign performanceAnalytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and the ability to turn data insights into actionable recommendationsFamiliarity with RTB environments, ad exchanges, and fraud mitigation strategiesWilling and able to overlap 2-3 hours with U.S. hours (end your day at 11am/12pm EST, which is 9:30pm/10:30pm IST)Preferred Qualifications:Able to organize large data sets to answer critical questions, extrapolate trends, and tell a storyFamiliarity with the health or Pharma verticalSelection Process:CodeSignal SQL test (35 mins)Initial Phone Screen (30 mins)Hiring Manager Interview (30 mins)Interview with Sr. Director, Technical Client Success (30 mins)Watch this video to learn more about our culture and get a sense of what itxe2x80x99s like to work at PulsePoint!
