The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:Leading strategic projects to optimize Supply Planning processes within Ferrero India, conducting in-depth analysis and ensuring improvement in Planning KPIs of Inventory coverage, Sales forecast accuracy and Stock FreshnessMain Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Supply Planning Projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Plant planning, Customer Service, Demand Planning and Trade Marketing, to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Accountable for Weekly Inventory review for all Stock keeping units and taking actions to maintain optimal inventory
• Proposes strategies for Inventory Optimization within the Ferrero products and aligning the Target Stock Coverage with Area Operating Planning
• Conduct detailed analyses of supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Leading the Weekly Operative Consensus meetings to highlight the critical stock situations and identifies potential solutions to mitigate risk
• Regularly supervises the stock availability throughout the region network including the Direct delivery locations
• Provide the analysis of logistic network and transportation constraints to anticipate the risk of not accomplishing demand
• Initiates the Weekly Reason Code Management cycle in collaboration with Customer Service to ensure accuracy of Customer Order data
• Analyses the Service Level losses and drives actions plans to minimize the impact on service level
• Coordinates with Demand Planner to highlight constrained supplies vs unconstrained demand in S&OP meetings
• Builds and maintains relevant dashboards to review Performance vs Plan
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance, such as forecast accuracy, inventory coverage and service levels

Who we are looking for:EDUCATION
Postgraduation - preferably in a operations with minimum 4-7 year of experience
SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required)

• Understanding of Supply/ Demand planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and Operations
• Project Management
• Familiar to KPIs - Forecast Accuracy, Inventory coverage, Freshness, Service Level
• Sound knowledge of Inventory Management, Inventory Value and Working capital
• Customer Service Level, Order Management, and other Customer service related concepts
• Understanding of End-to-End Planning processes
• Understanding of Production processes and plant operations
• APICS or any other supply chain certification preferred
