If you\'re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there\'s only one choice.Supply Planning - Export CoordinatorJOB PURPOSE:This position is responsible for managing and executing India export production (INEX and INAF) for order processing including creation of OPO, STO and data management after G/R and sampling management to fulfill the PUSH management process.MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up & track for harvests arrivals & prepare for timely samples for sample phyto sanitary requirements.
• Track the batches for destination plants & priorities for export. Periodic reviews with CY and FY planners for updates on progress & shipment status.
• OPO and STO Management for global destinations including creation in SAP and prioritization collaborate with ISPP operation. Total estimated orders are around 5,700EA per year.

• Clean OPOs (2,500-3,000/year with automation)
• Pack OPOs (1,700/year)
• Remill and ABO OPOs (600/year)
• STOs (380/year)
• Track & review production arrivals, testing & packing of seeds as per country requirements.
• Work with NT Planner to check supply/demand matching of phytosanitary requirements and if mismatch make request for additional testing.
• Alignment with several functions for tracking activities to ensure the lead times are monitored.
• Tracking mechanism for lead times & periodic updates to leadership on the status & progress of exports.
• Ensure complete documentation & following green light process for exports in alignment with T&C team members.
• Packing material management at ISPP

• Review of Packing material inventory and replenishment of stocks from time to time based on demand forecast
• Coordination with packing material vendors on ordering, quality, dispatches to the plant
• Creation of PR/PO for packing material, resolving errors during GRNs, if any.
• Any artwork related changes to be implemented for new orders
• Physical vs book stock review, consumption postings to be monitored
• Scrapping of packing material proposal, if any
• Sets up project reporting according to Bayer accounting standards.

WORK RELATIONS:

• Internal: CY and NT planners, plant planner, Operation, Production, QA, Customer Care, Trade & Compliance and Production coordinator.
• External: Customs and Plant Quarantine officers, 3rd party vendors

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business or Commerce related areas.
• Minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in the seed business and logistic/operational planning.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Communicates effectively and follows up with all stakeholders.
• Works pro-actively while anticipating needs of the team and initiating actions to provide solutions.
• Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to the needs of the job and team
• Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests.
• Must be an effective team player and proficiently work with cross functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, BO and Spotfire a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• SAP Experience is essential
