JOB DESCRIPTION• Constrain Supply Planning: Analyse and process unconstrained supply requests by applying constraints such as lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), capacity, and raw material availability. Deliver a viable, confirmed, constrained supply plan
• Supply Confirmation KPIs: Ensure supply confirmations meet or exceed key performance indicators, maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution of supply plans, fostering strong interdepartmental synergy
• Addressing Supply Constraints: Proactively evaluate and resolve supply and resource constraints, negotiating capacities and lead times with Sourcing teams and Vendors. Explore and identify cross-sourcing opportunities to optimize supply chain flexibility
• Agility Programs: Identify products and markets that are candidates for agility programs. Collaborate with Sourcing teams and vendors to implement agility models that reduce lead times and enhance supply chain responsiveness, thereby meeting the dynamic needs of markets.
