Job Description


What you\'ll do:

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships by networking with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with partners in the portfolio and providing expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on the industry\'s best practices.
  • Grow the net revenue of your client by producing business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensuring inventory levels exceed demand throughout the market by driving the team towards the business objectives, assist in execution when required.
  • Identify opportunities with suppliers to gain a competitive advantage and deliver added value to both parties.
  • Identify, monitor, and analyze benefits.
  • Establish and maintain hotelier relationships, understand the nuances of the entire business, review monthly growth reports, and provide feedback to the team and plan & execute market visits.
  • Building market intelligence, preparing geography-wise business plans, and achieving them. Sharing insights on the market and industry with the clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Credit lines/cash flow/temporary credits/check-in dates
  • Ensure competitiveness with competition \xe2\x80\x93 Adjust pricing, and improve supply.
  • Constantly optimize supply for better margins \xe2\x80\x93 suggest pricing strategy, work with supplier for better rates, bring new suppliers
  • Better quality inventory \xe2\x80\x93 Better Content, Better Search speed
  • Deeper technical integrations \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure on the latest versions of API, taking advantage of all the latest features/developments.
  • Joint initiatives like marketing campaigns with specific hotel brands, and specific hotel suppliers e.g., discount a destination from both sides for promoting that destination. Define quarterly bonuses/overrides with suppliers for higher growth in a quarter.
  • Analyze existing supplier performance, and negotiate for better deals.
  • Networking, deal initiating, negotiation & closing deals with clients.
  • Strategize to market the hotel in a better way. It helps hotel partners to serve the needs of their customers and at the same time grow their businesses.
  • Pricing comparisons with competitors
  • Understand the most searched destinations, most booked destinations and hotels, work with suppliers accordingly.
  • Star rating wise, aging of bookings based on advanced booking day and supplier pattern.
  • Margin based on aging, length of stay.
  • Travel may be required for this job to attend events and meet with suppliers in person, which could be beneficial for building strong relationships.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,000,000.00 - 91,600,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Quarterly bonus

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • total work: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Handled Hotel Suppliers: 1 year (Preferred)
