And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.Were here to better our world with biology.In this role youll make an impact by:The Specialist would be responsible to handle several activities in Operations support team that include Production, Maintenance & Admin for production processes, monitoring, and tracking & supporting production and warehousing orders. This position is requiring a broader process Knowledge across regions.This involves:

• Responsible to own part of Operations, Coordination & documentation of processes including Process mapping.

• Responsible for process ordering, Warehouse, and admin area.

• Assist in creation of process order for production.

• Manage the transition of new processes into team across regions and ensure availability of Process documentation.

• Coordinate all the activities related to production & warehousing.

• Coordinate with stakeholder across regions, to ensure smooth operations & issue resolution.

• Support team lead in their daily operations, Ability to back up the team lead.

• Mapping the supply operation processes, identification of bottlenecks and optimization.

• Responsible for Quality in the team, need to have quality driven approach.

• Responsible for RCA and issue resolution at the team level.

• Responsible for KPI reports for stakeholders across regions.

• Analyze and support decision making on process issues.

• Facilitate & support stakeholder on transitions.

• Specific Tasks that might require to support the department and the Line of Business.

To succeed you must hold:Education

• Bachelors or masters degree in Operations, International Trade, Logistics, Business, or allied fields.

• 6-7 years of experience in program/project/product management

• Experience in driving multiple, ambiguous projects

• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside of the GCC organization

Technical Expertise

• Should have been working with SAP for a minimum of 5 years.

• Create process maps in Visio or other tools.

• Customer and results-oriented with a take-charge attitude.

• Able to handle complexity with troubleshooting skill.

• Strong self-motivation, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong leadership skill to work cross functions and at all levels.

• Good insight and willingness to try new ideas and consider new approaches.

Skills

• Fluent in the English language (both verbal & written)

• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in SAP ECC SD module, CRM, MS Office, E-commerce, Visio, and other process mapping tools.

• High sense of responsibility and accuracy.

• Self-starter who can face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements. They should have good insight, be willing to try new ideas, and consider new approaches.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects with a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations.

• Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams.

• Demonstrated experience delivering soft skills, program skills, and systems/tools training

• Prior data analysis and reporting experience preferred
