Do you want to be part of the team Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: . Act as ERP system super user. Leading SPoC to fix EDI and ERP system related supply operation issues in the team. Engage with external suppliers (CMOs which deliver pharma products to Novartis) for resolution of issues related to information flow or physical flow of goods . Propose process and system improvements to enhance business effectiveness. Perform required corrective measures or escalate to next level of support. . Within Supplier Relationship Teams drive detailed planning, scheduling and order management to assure agreed delivery performance level. Develop and manage the relationship with External Suppliers and to customers for all supply related matters, such as demand/supply planning and analysis and order management to guarantee high customers service levels including stock management for free of charge customer-supplied components. . Responsible for order fulfillment tasks for a products manufactured at External Suppliers within scope of SRT, responsible for timely order fulfillment including organization and management of physical shipment of goods in collaboration with freight forwarders. Maintain adequate planning & master data parameters (e.g. MOQ, Lead Times, order frequency) setting for active assortment in close collaboration with local master data mgt. . Ensure running smooth operations and system set up aligned to business needs (order, material and financial flows in SAP). Transport invoice verification, Toll Reconciliation (if applicable for the accounts managed), issue request for creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . Medium to high education in a technical, economics or scientific degree that contains supply chain management, logistics and/or planning including an APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP certification . 3-5 years planning experience in operations or supply chain and distribution. Experience working in a GMP environment . Deep expertise in SAP system, taking the lead for daily resolution of issues (special focus on IDOCs, Master Data, order and invoicing flows) . Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations principles and supply chain practices. Supply Chain Principles - extensive knowledge and under-standing of Materials Management principles such as (but not limited to) MPS, MRP, CRP, DRP, SFC, purchasing, distribution, import/export, transportation, etc. . Pharmaceutical Production - knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and industry practices, preferred. Experience in ERP rollout projects (valuable SAPR3 and S4HANA) . Pharmaceutical GMP\'s - knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Commercial negotiations skills. Fluent English language skills, written and spoken are required.
