Job Title: Supply Fulfillment Executive


Job Summary


The Supply Fulfillment Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. This role requires a strong background in engineering and procurement, along with excellent negotiation skills to optimize purchasing strategies and supplier relationships.


Duties and Responsibilities


• Manage the procurement process for local materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes for the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify material requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders and contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector.
• Strong understanding of local materials procurement and electrical engineering principles.
• Proven experience in price negotiation and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
