You would be accountable for reaching out to In house Service Turn Key vendors who are executing the Category operations based on Daily planning [ Labour movement, Material procurement, Last Mile Ops ]Job Responsbilities

• Validate and Summarise previous day's activities for progress.
• Raising Tickets on escalations that need to be resolved by the Ops Team.
• Ticket closures on the System for all issues that have been resolved by Ops or Supply Team.
• Involved in coordination majorly based out of the Office.
• Aligned across BUs and fill periodic reports on a given dashboard.
• Managing Internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 13 years of Academics.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in any domain.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors & supervisors on daily operations is an added advantage.
• Would need to be computer literate.
• Good communication in the local language and English.
• Previous exposure to Customer Support / Call Centre can be a plus.
• Confident and energetic in terms of handling calls and front facing situations.
