Create structured plans to close the operational, hygiene, culinary, production plan manpower management gaps. Work towards achieving higher performance scores with the partners. Bring in culinary, staff management expertise by working with various consultants. Hold strong relationships with all the stakeholders of key partners. Forecast incidents, preparedness at partner kitchens and suggest solutions. Implement service excellence and efficiency of partners. Requirements: 8+ Years of experience in Hospitality, Catering or Restaurant industry as a manager/consultant. Knowledge of Catering unit operations, manpower handling, curating menus production plans. Good communication skills with fluency in English Hindi. People management skills. Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint.
