Job SummaryAs a part of our continued expansion, Targray requires the services of a Supply Chain Specialist, to join our Operations team based at our India Office Gurgaon, Haryana. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to our customers. You will work closely with other departments, especially the Finance team (AP/AR).Responsibilities
  • Implementing company policy and procedures.
  • Applying and comprehending basic accounting principles.
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers daily.
  • Providing support in resolution of issues as required.
  • Reviewing and updating customer and supplier data as required.
  • Monitor transactions from beginning to end.
  • Purchase Order entry and sales invoice creation in ERP.
  • Process inventory receipts and monitor customers allocation.
  • Validate and approve product and freight invoices for payment.
  • Sharing shipping documents and invoices with customers.
  • Following up with Customers for payments and collection of officials documents.
  • Reconcile suppliers and customers statements of accounts.
  • Generate purchase and sales contracts and share with counterparties after Commercial review.
  • Verify and maintain records for annual audits.
  • Data collection, analysis, and verification for Federal, State, and Provincial Program reporting.
  • Plan and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation management systems to ensure all company documents are properly filed, easily accessible, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirement
  • Ensure all documents are reviewed and updated regularly
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to company processes and documentation.
Job Requirements
  • 2 years of supply chain and/or auditing is required.
  • Fluency in English - both oral and written - is required.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required
  • Only local candidates should apply.

  • Knowledge of procurement and inventory management is not required but is considered to be an asset.
  • A university degree is not required but is considered to be an asset.
