• Committing to drive process excellence in operations. Developing and improving standardized processes related to Supply chain and Production operations processes.
• Assisting with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes.
• Contributing to RCA, Kaizen activities, and Audit processes to identify bottlenecks and risks, and drive process improvement. Leverage and share best practices across global operations.
• Resolving complex problems with limited guidance. Proactively identify data defects and solve them at scale using technology and processes.
• Own resolution of escalated tasks through the Salesforce complaint management system and CAPTURE systems.
• Conducting regular touch base meetings to consult with other internal departments as required to resolve issues and questions.
• Demonstrating excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
• Aggregating information about tools, services, and knowledge from Line of Business teams in SCM and other GCC-relevant teams.
• Ensuring to complete correspondence and required documents for respective employee actions.
• Developing Performance dashboards and presenting them to the management team on a regular frequency.

The position would be responsible for handling several activities in supply chain O2C that include monitoring and tracking customer orders, Backorder management, Credit/ debit invoices, and continuous improvement in Processes.Tasks and Responsibility:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of Customer queries, complaints, and issues with customers\xe2\x80\x99 purchase orders and sales order fulfillment.
• Perform troubleshooting on all sales orders and assist in identifying and executing various enhancements to all management processes.
• Evaluate all weekly metrics, analyze all continuous improvement projects, and prepare reports for all requests.
• Ensure compliance with all company and business policies, administer all open sales orders, and ensure appropriate order flow.
• Verify all order lines and prepare order reports on an everyday basis and manage all shipments and respond to all inquiries for all status orders and resolve all customer issues and prepare an efficient schedule for projects.
• Manage all communication with all sales department orders and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
• Escalate matters if there are any risks in meeting customer orders.
• Responsible for the accuracy of master data (Customer master data, Bill of Material, Material Extension) settings in SAP.
• Analyze and support decision-making on product supply chain issues.
• Support business in resolving sales & customer service needs.
• Timely issue customer invoices (based on SAP billing) and follow up on order status, shipment, billing, and documentation (COA, shipping label, packing lists, etc.). ensuring customers receive the right product, the right document, and at the right time.
• Specific Tasks that might require supporting the department and the Line of Business.

Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in operations, International Trade, Logistics, Business, or allied fields.
• 6-7 years of experience in program/project/product management
• Experience in driving multiple, ambiguous projects.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside of the GCC organization.

Skills

• Fluent in the English language (both verbal & written)
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in SAP ECC SD module, CRM, MS Office, E-commerce, Visio, and other process mapping tools.
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
• Initiative-taker with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements. Should have good insight and willingness to try innovative ideas and consider innovative approaches.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with a record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations.
• Ability to influence management, critical thinking skills, and manage relationships with global teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering soft skills, program skills, and systems/tools training.
• Prior data analysis and reporting experience preferred.
