The Role:
The Supply Chain Seller Integrator's (SCSI) primary responsibility is to establish B2B (business-to-business) integration between a Customers and their trading partners by connecting them on the SAP Business Network via an electronic method of exchanging business documents. The SCSI will partner with cross-functional teams to establish a successful seller integration program for customer on the SAP Business Network.
Key tasks include educating the customer on the deployment process and associated roles and responsibilities, creating a plan and strategy for supplier integration, assisting with requirements gathering, creating technical documentation which contains seller integration best-practices, managing the on-boarding of electronically integrated sellers, and facilitating solution testing.
• Provide consultancy on best usage practices for the solution and provide road map information to customer that results in customer success.
• You are expected to be the SAP Business Network expert on its functionality and standard technical integration options
• You will independently lead and manage integration projects for successful implementation from requirement gathering, design, build, test, deploy to go-live and post go-live support.
• You will be customers main contact for assisting on connectivity options using CIG(Platform used to connect to SAP Business Network)
• You will be the custodian for continuous improvement of the internal process, delivery approach and documentation.
• You have the flexibility to adjust your working hours to the needs of global customers as well as travel up to 10%.
Role Requirements:
+ You already have professional experience in B2B Integrations and a university degree, preferably in a business or technical area of study.
+ Strong integration and customer facing experience is mandatory.
+ Professional experience in the fields of eCommerce, B2B, EDI, or systems integration would be most applicable to this position.
+ You have experience with business document formats such as EDI X12, EdiFACT, EANCOM, cXML/XML, IDoc, OAGIS, PIDX, GUSI, and others.
+ You're familiar with the communication protocols used to exchange business documents such as VAN, AS2, HTTPS post, etc. and understand how digital certificate-based encryption and authentication.
+ You have experience using software tools designed specifically to support system integration work such as: XML / EDI editors, API/Web Service testing tools (like Postman, SoapUI, Telerik Fiddler), and others
We expect you to be somebody who plays a techno functional role to help our customers and their partners to integrate disparate systems. Hence your supply chain knowledge on procurement is key. Conceptual knowledge on ERP and use of middleware systems to automate business process and link systems in B2B integration is required.
