Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Supply Chain & Procurement Officer to manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain supply chain and procurement strategies in line with company objectives. Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services from reliable suppliers. Ensure procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices, within required lead times. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prevent stockouts or excess stock. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and inventory. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for procurement and logistics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Evaluate supplier performance regularly and take corrective action when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in supply chain and procurement roles. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Solid knowledge of procurement software and inventory management systems. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
