Position: Supply Manager

Prune's innovative approach utilizes delivery as a strategic tool to enhance the consumer buying journey. We are currently seeking a dynamic Supply Manager to oversee our Delivery Operations.

Background:

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in managing Supply Manager roles within a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business and should have successfully led city operations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing overall delivery operations, with a focus on optimizing Cost per Task and Time Per Task metrics.
• Extensive experience in driver onboarding, retention, and payout management.
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Driver Operations: Oversee the management of delivery drivers, ensuring efficient scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Community Management: Foster a positive and engaged community of delivery partners through effective communication and support.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment efforts to onboard skilled delivery personnel and provide ongoing training and development.
• Planning & Implementation of the Supply Chain Strategy: Collaborate with Finance and Sales Teams to identify and partner with the best vendors and distributors.
• Coordination with Central Teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across different business functions.
• Vendor Management: Handle the onboarding of drivers through manpower vendors, manage third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, and validate payouts.
• Swag Management & Delivery Rider Background Verification (BGV): Oversee the distribution of branded merchandise and conduct background verification for delivery riders.
• Geographical Expansion: Strategically assess and activate new locations for city expansion.
• Supply Chain Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor metrics, and implement measures to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Leadership & Coaching: Manage and develop supply associates, providing guidance and support to drive optimal performance.
• Cost Control: Develop and implement initiatives to manage and control Cost Per Task (CPT).
• Incentive Plan Creation: Design incentive plans to motivate and retain delivery partners.
• Insurance Claims Management: Handle insurance claims and related processes for delivery partners.
• Partner Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of delivery partners.
