- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Pharma/Food industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics management, inventory control and procurement.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
