- Understand Requirements
- Prepare Sourcing Strategy based on Spend, Market & Risk Analysis
- Execute RFP/Auction includes conducting negotiations with supplier
- Create and Execute Contracts from Templates
- Handover of Contracts
- Provide inputs for Category Strategy
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of e-Sourcing through Tool (Any application or tool)
- Understanding of Strategic Sourcing (Basic to Intermediate Level) and Category Management (Intermediate Level) in IT, Professional Services, Media and Marketing
- Negotiating with International Suppliers in English
- Contract drafting (Intermediate Level)
- Stakeholder Management (Advanced)
- Agile Methodology (preferred; if not, must have basic project management knowledge for Sourcing Programs)
- Good communication skills to write Sourcing Requirements and Project Reports in Tools - (Intermediate Level)
- Category based working experience (Required in anyone or more categories - Professional Services, IT, Media and Marketing, Enterprise services like corporate services or Property and Fleet)
- Must have a mindset to work in flexible project teams
