Your Tasks:
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments.Prepare various Purchasing status reports (material cost level, raw material pricing)
- Ensure clear requirements are documentation before the purchase process is initiated.
- Assist the Operations Manager & Buyers in their day-to-day activities. Research and find relevant products based on purchase requirements.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
Your Profile:
- Full time degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Production engineering
- Good knowledge on MS office( Word/Power Point/Excel).
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse people and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of business operations, procurement, supply chain, and logistics is an asset
- Fluency in written and oral English us must
