- Defining & driving Optimum cost of Production & Procurement- Overall factory costs, Value addition & Output targets
- Detailed cost sheets for key products.
- Consistent Overhead allocation logic across Units
- Business / Process Digitalisation & Simplification- BOM, MRP
- Deliver Unnati savings- Achieve Targeted Savings
- Working Capital Optimisation- Inventory turns ,ageing & controls, Payable cycle & recoveries.
- People Development - Landing SCM organization, Set expectation(KPIs) & enable execution (Performance Evaluation)
- Statutory compliances & Governance- Dashboard for factory compliances & proactive approach to adherance
