Job Title / Role : SCM executive including warehouse management

Core Responsibility
? Having hands on procurement and supply chain experience.
? Good knowledge of vendor base and basic technical specifications of items to be procured.
? New Vendor Identification and Development.
? Vendor negotiations with good knowledge of commodity markets.
? Logistics, warehousing knowledge would be an added benefit.
? Implementation of sourcing and supply chain strategy of the company as driven by its business plan.
? Contract management and negotiations for outsourcing of services and materials.
? Benchmarking of prices with the market as well as competitors.
? Basic commercial knowledge pertaining to customer invoicing, GST, etc.
? Routine jobs and documentation like PO generation, follow up for timely deliveries, vendor payments and reconciliation, project costing etc
? Creation of RFQ's for vendor bids and quote comparison for awarding business.
? Close team work with Distributors, engineering and other teams.
? Inward and outward material management of warehouse which includes Kitting, Packing, Loading, unloading as per project requirement.
? General Administration of Warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
