Job Description

As a Supply Chain Executive you are responsible for overseeing and Managing company's overall supply chain, logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and Productivity.

• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• As per Materials request from project team, proceed the order after verifying the client payment with finance team.
• Preparing purchase orders against purchase requests, Track the consignment & coordinate with logistics person until it reach to the office
• Unpack the boxes and cross verify all items with vendor tax invoice and Purchase order.
• List out if any items are physically damaged /old stock/missing items, if any inform to vendor & get replaced
• Enter all items inventory master sheet/inventory software, Pack it properly & store it in a warehouse.
• Once confirmation received either from the project team/client make arrangements to ship the items
• Prepare Packing slip & Delivery challan then forward & notify to accounts team to prepare the Tax invoice & E way bill if it's necessary
• Along with necessary document either ship the parcel by external courier/cargo /use own vehicle/ company vehicle to delivery parcel to customer destination.
• If it's external transport/courier get tracking details and share the information to internal team & client via email/group chat.
• Track the goods until it reach to client destination.
• Cross verify with client/ concerned person from client side about product reached its destination & get sign in DC.
• Send acknowledgement via email to client & internal teams about items reached to site successfully along with DC signed copies.
• If any information received that the items are get cancelled /faulty at the time of installation or after-care sites.
• Prepare Return DC & return the goods from site to office.
• Convey the same to vendor about the fault items via email/phone call with originally invoice copy
• Coordinate with logistics person and ship the items to vendor destination
• Identify which and how much spare stock required to handle AMC/completed projects.
• Arrange the spare items while each order purchasing and maintain it without lowering the stock.
• Make sure all physical stock quantity & inventory sheet/inventory software stock quantity should same
• Coordination with multiple vendors/clients/logistics/internal team regarding products related orders/replacement/repair etc.
• Physical stock Maintenance
• Any other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management or supervisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum 2 year's experience in similar role
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and expert in Excel
• Willingness to travel for work.
• The ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Preference to candidates in and around Ernakulam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Supply chain management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Total Work: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
