• Stock Management: Inward, WIP, Outward, FIFO, Cycle counts. Effective arrangement of material.
• Support to Sourcing: Supporting Purchase in vendor development and imports. Local Purchase, Stock transfer
• Transportation : Arranging dispatches by liaising with the transporters for plant dispatches.
• Documentation: E-way bill generation for material movement between states, (earlier E-Sugam, MODVAT before GST) ARE -1 & 3 etc.
• EHS : Hazardous waste management, Pest control, Material Handling etc. Activities within Bangalore plant.
• Routine Inspection : Physical inspection of Incoming, NC Products, FG inspections handling.
• Reports : Daily, Weekly, monthly stock update of FG production data, Stock Transfers, MFG orders & Machine spares.
• Maintain daily receipts, issues of materials & dispatch of goods properly.
• Reporting - Daily, Weekly, monthly stock update of RM, PM & FG,
• MHE Operation: hands on & to operate the stacker & fork lift when needed for material movement.
• Traceability : Maintain track of inward & outward of materials with inspection.
• Storage in Warehouse : Proper arrangement of material with placing Std. labels on pallets.
• Track & have control over the material movement under stores purview


Qualifications

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering

Experience: 3-5 years
