: Supply Chain Executive• In-depth knowledge of import and export processes. Good knowledge of HSN / CTH classification.
• Co-ordinate between customs broker (CHA) and freight forwarders / courier agencies to get the shipments cleared from customs.
• Framing the logistics contract and executing the contract along with KPI's.
• Relationship building with Internal stakeholders with proven ability to provide on-time delivery and best logistics support to internal/external customers.
• Deriving and executing the on-time to support engineering team to receive their prototype parts.
• Deep knowledge of Free trade agreements, EPCG licenses for the duty exemption scheme
• Hands on experience in executing the goods receipt & inventory management.
• Understanding in duty computation for FOC shipments and commercial goods
• Good communication and presentation skills with demonstrated abilities in Interpersonal skills and driving cost effective solutions.
• Monitoring incoming materials supplied by vendors & ensuring they are as per quality & quantity specifications as well as assisting them in following purchasing processes / systems already established.
• Issuance of E-way bills as per GST rules
• Carry out goods receipt & handing over invoices to finance team
• Deep understanding on the Incoterms and goods clearance process
• Establish relationship with global stakeholders to involve & interact with them in executing / monitoring the supply chain to ensure on-time receipt of shipments by following Trade compliance procedures.
• Follow SOPs for clear & right documentation as per Trade compliance both for import & export activities.
• Tracking of shipments for invoices verification received from courier agencies, customs broker etc.
• Collaborate with finance team on the supplier freight /clearance invoices scrutiny and processing the invoices per agreed contract
