As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced people to join our team and contribute to our growth. Role: As the senior executive in supply demand management, you will be responsible for executing and working on the end-to-end supply & demands within the operations to support the growth and efficiency of our outlets. You will collaborate closely with various teams (Franchise Partners, Cloud Kitchen Team, Company-owned Outlets), including procurement of material/supplies, purchase, stock, payments, vendor management and book-keeping to streamline the processes. Job location: Gurugram (Travel Involved) Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Identify and engage with reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of raw materials.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with suppliers, outlet managers, an operations team to align activities with overall business objectives.
- Own the payments to vendors as per the company policy and payment cycle.
- Manage banking transaction and organize book using Zoho accounting software.
- Skills required are Accounting Software; Tally or Zoho Books or QuickBooks, Inventory Management Software (good-to-have), PetPooja Administration (good-to-have), RazorpayX (good-to-have), Professional Email Skills, MS Office, Software Administration
- Bachelor\'s degree in commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in vendor management, book-keeping and inventory management, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology in supply chain management.
