Our client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a 'Master Baker' from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.

Responsibilities:

Position Overview
The Supply Chain Executive will manage inventory planning, production scheduling, operational performance tracking, and ERP operations to support smooth and efficient supply chain processes. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in supply chain tools and technology to drive productivity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and Warehouse Management

? Update inventory visibility using planning tools and ensure accurate warehouse allocation.

? Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet demand and minimize wastage.

? Track demand versus dispatch to ensure supply chain efficiency.

• Production Planning

? Collaborate with production teams to plan city-wise demand for pastries, long shelf-life items, and bread.

? Calculate consignments and integrate ad hoc demand into production plans.

? Manage RPO and indent creation and ensure timely updates in CWO systems.

• Operational Performance Tracking

? Monitor supply chain performance through dashboards and KPIs, including FR% and PO trends.

? Analyze supply planning versus targets for all channels and highlight any variances.

? Identify and resolve issues related to Fill Rate (FR).

• Warehouse Optimization

? Track SKU- and warehouse-level wastage and implement corrective measures.

? Ensure alignment of stock levels with Days on Hand (DOH) targets.

? Conduct FG stock audits and provide recommendations for inventory improvements.

• Vendor and Outsourcing Coordination

? Coordinate with contract manufacturers for production scheduling and procurement.

? Ensure accurate raising of POs and monitor payment and ledger updates

• MIS Reporting and Analytics

? Perform warehouse aging analyses and provide insights for inventory turnover improvement.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's/master' degree
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory, or production planning.
• Proficiency in MS excel- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems and configuration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset & Adaptability to handle dynamic supply chain requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?540,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
