Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from ordering raw materials to coordinating with vendors and ensuring quality control. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in electronics manufacturing sourcing and production.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management:

- Create and manage purchase orders based on Bill of Materials (BOM). Ensure timely ordering of raw materials and components required for production. Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Vendor Management:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Regularly follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.

Production Scheduling:

- Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow.

- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.

Quality Control:

- Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.

- Address any quality issues with suppliers and ensure resolution.

- Implement and maintain quality control processes for inbound materials.

Coordination with Service Providers:

- Communicate with electronic mounting service providers to ensure timely and accurate assembly of components.

- Coordinate logistics for the delivery and pick-up of materials and finished goods.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

- Implement inventory control systems and processes.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on supply chain activities, including order status, inventory levels, and production schedules.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improving supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics sourcing and production, preferably in the LED/Lighting industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. Experience related to sourcing, supply chain management, or a related field would be added advantage.

- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.

- Understanding of various types of electronics components, its packages

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Minimum 2 years in electronics sourcing and production, preferably in the LED/Lighting industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
