Job Title : Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Executive to oversee and manage our company's supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1.Supply Chain Management:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to supply chain management.

2.Procurement:

Collaborate with procurement team to source raw materials, components, and services.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.

3.Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.

Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and improve inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with production and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.

4.Logistics and Distribution:

Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and delivery times.

Work closely with logistics partners to resolve any issues or delays in delivery.

5.Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Maintain contingency plans to address disruptions in the supply chain, such as supplier shortages or natural disasters.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
