A Strategic role to work on the supply chain strategy for a Global FMCG Giant Excellent growth trajectory in a high visibility global role Extract, cleanse, analyze and visualize order level demand data to understand key demand characteristics. Develop heat maps to identify key demand regions, business lines, customers etc. Conduct center of gravity (greenfield) analysis to determine right number of hubs and locations to meet specified cost and service level targets. First and last mile transportation cost and lead time modeling. Facility right sizing based on volume throughputs and demand characteristics. Raise required data requests for \'what-if\' scenarios and support procurement and engineering with relevant data inputs to raise RFQs/ RFIs. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to create project charters, collect data and present the final solutions and analysis. Support in developing automated analytics tools to evaluate \'what if\' scenarios for total operation cost minimization (manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, inventory, etc.), transit time minimization, location and site size selection. Implement innovative global supply chain strategies, programs and practices that address capacity issues, total supply chain costs, inventory, lead times and customer service levels in support of global business growth. Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and make the business case for new process implementation. Conduct external benchmarking reviews and business process reviews to implement best practices and monitor and adjust programs as necessary. The Successful Applicant 5-12 years of experience in either a Supply Chain or distribution analytics role. Minimum 2 years of experience with supply chain modelling software like Coupa (Llamasoft) Supply Chain Guru, IBM LogicNet Plus or similar software for supply chain network modeling. (Exp. With Llamasoft will be a plus). Minimum of 1-year experience in Tableau in developing dashboards, visualizing data. Ability to use complex expressions to calculate, group, filter, parameterize, optimize and format custom dashboards/reports. Basic familiarity with Alteryx is a must, experience in developing complex workflows and automated tools is a plus. Expertise in excel and access and proven ability to develop advanced excel based models. Demonstrate the ability to characterize and quantify business impacts of problems and solutions using methods, logic, and language that are understandable to all levels of the enterprise. Experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE is a plus. Team lead with effective stakeholder communication management and team engagement skills. Possess strong commitment to cross functional team environment dynamics with the ability to share expertise, work independently and follow leadership directives at appropriate times.
