Job Description

Dear, Candidates, Position Overview: Candidate will be responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of various supply chain activities. Strong knowledge of Excel and analytical skills will be instrumental in managing data, generating reports, and optimizing supply chain processes. Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
Collect, analyse, and maintain supply chain data using Excel and other relevant tools. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing regular quality checks. Organize and maintain electronic and physical records of supply chain information.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and generate supply chain reports, dashboards, and Quote Comparison using Excel.
  • Procurement Support:
Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and managing supplier relationships. Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supply chain management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mind-set with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B industry.
