The Supplier Enablement Team is responsible for creating and maintaining all supplier records for all Wells Fargo entities. Before a supplier record is created, the team has many validation steps to ensure compliance to OFAC, IRS requirements for FATCA, W-8, W-9 and 1099 reporting and to VAT compliance. When a supplier will be paid electronically, the team ensures appropriate approvals have been taken or are taken to avoid impostor fraud. The team works with internal and external customers to receive compliant forms when necessary. Responsibilities: Handle queries on supplier setup and maintenance activities Locates a supplier for a specific need, determines the terms of acquiring the need, and executes the terms of agreement to fulfill the need. Resolve issues Respond to Enterprise Procurement processes and procedure inquiries across all areas of Procurement support. Research payment history for changes in supplier name and legal entity. Respond to queries through the department\'s shared Mailboxes within service level agreement timing. Handle queries on document completion to become a supplier. Resolve complex inquiries from internal business and external vendors by performing required research to solution the submitted issue. Addressing escalations and manage the business with nil financial losses Reporting the performance on a weekly and monthly basis to the management and to the respective line of businesses Have extensive MS excel skills to prepare and present reports. Have regular calls with the business understand and articulate to the requirement from the stake holders for the smooth course of the processes. Utilize the cross trained resource efficiently and distribute the volumes effectively keeping the LOB in confidence to absorb additional volumes Daily Duties may include reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and goals Gain strong process knowledge to answer process related questions from the team and reduce the queries going to the LOB. Should be able to take decisions on the stretch goals for the team and accomplish the goal without any negative impact to the business Help team generate improvement ideas and work with partners. Flexible to work in any shift and ability to handle the process operating in multiple shifts. Ability to communicate well with US counterparts in virtual environment and build relationship with business Partners. Preparing dashboard and any other Adhoc reports for the business Essential Qualifications 8+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ Years\' experience in People Management in Accounts Payable process. In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management (P2P) practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience in Managing LOB expectation in line with the business needs Manage work performance of team members with high quality standards. Enthusiastically motivate team members to increase productivity in high quality.
