xefx82xb7 Make delivery and shipments.
xefx82xb7 Handling pre & post shipment documentation
xefx82xb7 Post goods issue based on returned signed delivery notes.
xefx82xb7 Timely issue customer invoices based on SAP billing.
xefx82xb7 Follow up on order status, shipment, documentation, etc. ensuring customers receive the right product, right document, and right time.
xefx82xb7 Monitor the daily Backorder list.
xefx82xb7 Support customer complaints handling, goods return, and other queries from customers
xefx82xb7 Responsible to check if master data is updated in SAP/CRM and all other SCM tools.
xefx82xb7 Follow QMS procedures and SOPs for daily operation.
xefx82xb7 Support the Front desk CSR team to ensure a good customerSkills & Education
xefx82xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s or masterxe2x80x99s degree in international trade, Science commerce, international trade, logistics, business, or allied education background.
xefx82xb7 3-4 years of professional experience in customer service & logistics or allied functions including order handling, and transportation.
xefx82xb7 Fluent in the English language (both verbal & written), with good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
xefx82xb7 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools and must have Knowledge of MS Excel in combing and analyzing data.
xefx82xb7 Awareness of ERP tools. (e.g. xe2x80x93 SAP, Oracle, etc.), Material master updating and validation.
xefx82xb7 Basic Reporting & Data Visualization
xefx82xb7 working knowledge of various quality tools
xefx82xb7 excellent communication skills and strong command over English language/ language off support in the region
xefx82xb7 Excellent analytical ability, logical approach towards problem-solving Team Orientation, Quality Mindset, Communication, Stakeholder Management
Experience
xefx82xb7 Experience with SAP R/3 SD, CRM, MS office, and E-commerce
xefx82xb7 High sense of responsibility and accuracy. Proficient in advanced Excel and have knowledge of Business Warehouse.
xefx82xb7 Self-starter with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements.
xefx82xb7 Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams.
xefx82xb7 Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions.
xefx82xb7 Excellent written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills. Individuals should have a strong understanding of cross-functional activities.Could our purpose be yours?
