Supply Chain Analyst

Position Overview:
This position will be a part of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) and will be responsible for managing multiple data sources as well as developing, automating, and delivering SC reports and analysis for the regions and sites.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain new dashboards/scorecard.
Optimize current global scorecard processes (Americas, EMEA , APZ, China).
Enhance supply chain data pipelines.
Drive insights with the goal of improving the organization\'s performance.
Identify underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggest improvements or resolutions to problems.
Implement technology solutions to enable descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
Build predictive and prescriptive models.

Desired Candidate Profile/ Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or Related preferred.
Experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Advanced Excel SAP Knowledge.
Analytics background with basic knowledge of Supply Chain.
Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, generate insights and building robust statistical models. Should have experience in providing insights/analytics on People/HR/Supply chain domains.
Should be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.
Understanding of the latest developments in the industry.
Solid grasp of programming languages.
Basic knowledge of and experience using Continuous Improvement Methodology.
