Position Summary: Supply Chain - Analyst I, based at India providing Data Management support for all of Corporate global supply chain MDM ( UNSPSC - Master Data Management ). Main responsibility will be to provide UNSPSC MDM classification support for Corporate global supply chain, and Regal\'s suppliers using master data management ( MDM ) in ERP systems using Advance Excel & Microsoft Power Platform. Work directly with Suppliers, BU/Corporate sourcing leads, plant buyers & quality teams to support various Data Analysis projects and solutions. Utilize problem-solving skills to understand current pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arises. Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. Identify areas and processes where Microsoft / Oracle / SAP tools can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement. Track project progress , budgeting, CRP/UAT/POC/Tollgate review through project management tools to shorten Lead times, buy-ins, effective implementation. Coordinate meetings to ensure project progress accordingly. Support suppliers and Regal Rexnord team members on technical matters (on his/her area of strength) Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for legal and environmental issues. Major Responsibilities Summary: Dedicated data analysis resource for corporate Supply Chain Business Analytics team but will coordinate with teams across Regal to ensure SMART goals as identified are met. Major SMART goal for the position : Ensure Corporate driven MDM tools are effective and available to enable master data management (UNSPSC). Required Education / Experience / Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business / Finance field. Required Experience : 3+ Years working with UNSPSC category coding project / data / ERP systems ( Oracle / SAP etc ) / taxonomies etc. Strong background in implementing and coordinating UNSPSC platform and projects including workflow / governance in Supplychain corporate exposure required. Strong business acumen and International exposure, experience in dealing with matrixed organization. Exposure in Microsoft Power Platform, Advance Excel, Data lake along with Oracle / SAP exposure desired. Self-motivated and directed, strong customer focused behavior. Strong team player with demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team to deliver common goals. Demonstrated ability to work with a global team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Result oriented, hard-working to focus on defined metrics. Demonstrated ability to perform in roles of a change agent and ability to influence and motivate teams. Available for off hour\'s conference calls with the USA and other countries. Travel: Experience in working with cross functional & global teams & global suppliers ( For coordination and driving MDM projects) accordingly should be willing to travel regularly across India and globally. Language: Proficiency in English (Written/Spoken) required & need good business communication & presentation skills.
