-Associate will be responsible for the facilitation and coordination activities around global business operations analytics. This role will act as a liaison with the Global Supply Chain and Operations group to support their recurring as well as one-time processes.
-You will be working closely with Supply Chain team across the globe. The role requires leading information delivery portfolio for Supply chain, delivering reports, dashboards etc. adhering to strict timelines and focusing on the quality of information delivered. Provides value added analysis and information for Operations and Supply Chain function for more effective job performance and better decision making, through use of BI, BW, SAP, and other related tools.
-Provides support in identifying and analyzing data to derive insights, works with the appropriate teams to suggest proper levers to be pulled across the Operations domain to improve KPIs like productivity, fill rate, forecast accuracy, Inventory etc.

• Information Delivery: Monitors, publishes, and issues status reports and metrics of the processes by creation of dashboards.
• Supply Chain and Operations Analytics Support: Utilizes Business Intelligence/Warehouse, SAP, and other analysis tools to generate value added information for Supply Chain/Materials associates.
• SharePoint: Support SharePoint workflows to streamline operations.
• Process Automation: Utilize SAP Scripts and Excel macros to automate global processes to save time and enhance efficiency.
• Project Discovery and Validation: Works with project teams and associates to ensure proper identification of all impacted data elements based on change(s) being proposed.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of bachelors degree with 0-2 years of related experience Top Tier University graduate with background in math /engineering. Curious, autonomous and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated learning agility of new subject matter.
• Candidate should have collaborative mindset and be able to work well with teams.
• Candidate should be able to prioritize with help of management.
• Understand database and remote access to server data.
• Comfortable manipulating large amount of data
• Experience in data modelling, visualization (e.g. Power BI etc.)
• Experience and knowledge of ERP, SAP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
• Hands on experience of Python, R, SQL would a plus but not mandatory
