The job involves a candidate who will streamline and improve the supply planning processes by optimizing the inventory and replenishing planning cycles and creating time-phased inventory, distribution, and deployment plans that recognize the interdependencies of the network and constraints on customer service and inventory investment.

Responsibilities We'll Trust You With

? The individual would work as an interface between sales and operations.

? Should be able to get into minute details of work to understand overall scope of work.

? Under pressure, remain calm and composed.

? Should be capable to comprehend, plan, multitask, and be organized in his work.

? Should be capable of understanding processes and instilling them in all drivers.

? Possess good Interpersonal skills.

? Build up solid rapport with all drivers /fleet owners towards enhancing the retention.

? Should have strong negotiation skills to generate leads as per the requirement.

? Individual should like field work, can communicate with the unknown, connect easily, and influence.

? Establish good working relationships with fleet owners and driver owners.

? Individual should think outside the box to do complex tasks in easy steps.

Requirement-

1. Candidate should speak Kannada.

2. Candidate should own a bike.

3. Willing to work on Field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
