TheSupply and Logistics Deliver Management job role is responsible for supply contract fulfillment during execution of customer order/projects for all products of Hardware , software and supply relevant activity and services.We are looking for a person who will lead, coordinate and support Distribution/WH management. Warehouse Logistics manager is a tactical/strategic role which is responsible to secure tactical & strategic logistics solutions in an E2E perspective, prone outstanding-class logistics integration. Warehouse Logistics manager supervise and co-ordinate tactical distribution and accountable for WH activities with the focus on maintaining a robust execution with responsibilities to further develop and improve the distribution/WH solutions on global, Regional and local level. The job holder also functions as advisor and a business representative in distribution/WH matters and by that a coordinator of development towards other organizations. What you will do
Deliver assignment execution/fulfillment
Develop delivery plan in agreement with project
Analyze potential risks in Supply Chain
Mitigate risk in Supply Chain and close gap
Secure 100% Clarification of order flow
Track supply delivery plan activities and achievements
Analyze and take corrective actions on deviations
Receive validate and handle customer concerns
Review business impact for the issue and take action
Manage changes request within the project scope
Manage return delivery activities, i.e. excess material
Comply with laws, regulations and SOX controls
Contribute with lessons learned and provide recommendations for future contracts
Warehouse and transport management
Handle import and export customs clearance process, Import/export license application for strategic controlled commodity
Finished Goods Inventory governance
Act on project stock errors and obsolete material
Secure Complete delivery to site
Secure Proof of Delivery (PoD)
Manage and follow up actual supply related assignment cost
Support Logistic Service Provider (LSP) performance review and governance
