  • Create and deliver standard reporting to support law firm usage analysis and commercial management of the legal function.
  • Prepare Quarterly Relationship Meeting reports.
  • Support Third Party Engagement Management (TPEM) of external law firms.
  • Confirm and maintain lists of approved law firms.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from Legal Market Engagement team.
  • Facilitation and creation of accurate, timely and consistent reporting, enabling informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with Legal function members.
  • Participate effectively as part of the Legal Market Engagement team.
  • Collaborate with Legal Innovation to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Comply with legal risk management requirements set out in the Group Standards Manual and Legal FIM (Facility improvement measures).
  • Comply with Supplier, Third Party Management, and Procurement policies and procedures.
  • Masters degree in finance, or equivalent with minimum of 5+ years of experience in Procurement/ Supplier relationship
  • Legal Operations and Commercial Management experience helpful, but not essential.
  • Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with an excellent attention to detail.
