Job Title: Waiter
Job Summary:
The Waite is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This includes greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest questions about menu items.
Provide prompt and attentive service to ensure a satisfying dining experience.
2. Order Management:
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve orders in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure special requests or dietary preferences are communicated to the kitchen.
3. Dining Area Management:
Set up tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area throughout the shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
