_ Position - Supplier disputes (Travel Background) _
•Location - Saket Delhi •
•Experience - 1-3 Years •
•Salary - up to 25-30k •
•Only female candidates are preferred •
Skills
• •Must have excellent communication skills (written & oral in English & Native language). •
• •Considering 1-3 years of experienced candidates from Travel Background only •
• •Highest Education from Travel & Tourism would be an advantage. •
•Key responsibilities: - •
Promptly acknowledge the customer's complaint or dispute, whether it's related to booking errors, service quality issues, billing discrepancies, or other concerns.•
Review booking records, communication logs, and any other relevant data to identify where the breakdown in service occurred.•
Aim to resolve the dispute as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimising inconvenience for the customer.•
