Minimum Qualification
MASTER OF SOCIAL WORK (MSW)
MASTER OF LABOUR WELFARE (MLW)
MASTERS IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (MHRM)
Experience: 2-5 years in the manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Workmen Pay roll and attendance management.
• Extensive knowledge of contract Labor management and compliance.
• Proficiency in industrial law and compliance management.
• Expertise in grievance handling and people management.
• Familiarity with minimum wages, bonus act, PF, EDLI, WC, and related Labor laws compliance, including the new wage code.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPTX) and industry-specific SAP/ERP software.
• Strong communication skills for interacting/ Liaoning with Labor departments, unions, and statutory authorities.
• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Exposer of Long-Term Settlement, Disciplinary action and dealing with court matters and legal requirement will be added advantage.
