: Team Lead/supervisor- Inside Sales
A Team Lead- Inside Sales is responsible for overseeing a team of Business Development Executives ensuring they meet performance goals, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Meeting Assigned Targets for Lead Generation.
Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
Monitor performance and productivity metrics (e.g., call volume, lead generation time) of the team
Provide coaching and feedback to BDEs to improve performance and enhance call quality.
Implement quality control procedures to monitor client interactions.
Review operational reports with the Head on a regular basis and provide guidance to the team
Work with other departments to address operational or client-related issues.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in sales, or a related field is required.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a sales environment.
Exhibition Industry Experience preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM software and other tools like MS PowerPoint and Ms Excel
Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet goals and provide excellent service.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with clients
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement
