: Fun Supervisor at Bouncy House Trichy

Location: Bouncy House Trichy

Hours: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM (with lunch break provided)
Ladies preferred for this position.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Fun Supervisor to join our team at Bouncy House Trichy. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating an enjoyable and safe environment for children, possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively, and excel in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations at Bouncy House Trichy, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all visitors.
• Manage and motivate a team of attendants to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Interact positively and engage with children to ensure they have a memorable experience.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Train new team members on operational procedures and customer service best practices.
• Monitor equipment and facilities for maintenance needs and report any issues promptly.
• Assist in organizing and executing special events or birthday parties hosted at Bouncy House Trichy.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues tactfully.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for guests.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,500.00 per month
